| Shipping Most orders are shipped via UPS ground service to street addresses within the Continental United States. However, we can ship to post office boxes at your request. Please allow 2-6 business days for your package to reach its destination. Shipping charges are based on dollar amount of the order as follows: $.01 - $10.00................$4.25 $10.01 - $24.99.............$7.00 $25.00 - $49.99.............$8.00 $50.00 - $99.99.............$9.50 $100.00 - $199.99..........$12.00 Over $200.00................$14.00 In addition, we offer three options for expedited shipping: UPS Next Day Air (guaranteed delivery the next business day) for $35.00, UPS Second Day Air (guaranteed delivery in two business days) for $25.00, and UPS Three-Day Select (guaranteed delivery in three business days) for $20.00. Shipping and applicable duty charges are paid by the recipient. Please contact your local UPS center for specific charges as the Packerland Plus will not be responsible for these charges and will not reimburse customers that abandon packages. Returns If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 45 days for a refund of the merchandise total. Sorry, no credits are issued for shipping charges unless you received the wrong item(s). Please include a copy of the packing slip with the returned items. Indicate the reason for return and whether you would like an exchange, store credit, or refund. If you are requesting an exchange, include a payment method (check, money order, or credit card number) for $6.50 to cover the cost of the return shipment.
